I think it's crazy that you would do that. Wes, you are a crazy guy. Why the heck would you tie a baby to a pole? From, Sophie

Dearest Sophie,

Trust me, it was a measure of last resort. Chloe is like a cat. She likes to be confined to small spaces. You can tell by the big smile on her face in the photo. She's holding up the rope and saying, "Dad, this is the best! I feel like a cat right now!! You're the coolest Dad in the world! Thanks for being so freakin' cool!! Don't ever untie me! Loves and kisses!"

You had to be there.

Best Regards,

Wes

P.S. I'm a Dad. Not a good one, but a Dad nonetheless.

Wes, she doesn't look very happy. And she doesn't have a smile on her face. But I think you're a good dad. And I think she wasn't saying never untie me. I think you are a goof ball. from sophie

Sophie-I am home now and I will NEVER leave again. Chloe will be well taken care of now. Thanks for looking out for her. Ashley

Don't Worry Wes, I put Addie in a tall cardboard moving box when I was running in and out from the backyard to the garage. It worked out great until she figured out if she used brute force she could knock the box over. I should have tied her to the fence! Or better yet put her in the dog kennel.

Good parenting is all about keeping your kids safe right? Who cares what DCFS thinks! *lol*
